Distant healing treatments are healing treatments that are done remotely, without you having to be at the treatment in-person with the Reiki or energy healing practitioner. Distant healing treatments are just as effective as in-person healing with the added benefit and convenience that you can be in the comfort of your own home when you receive the healing treatment. This is perfect for someone that is unable to travel or for someone who prefers the comfort of their own home and surroundings.  As spiritual energy is not limited by time and space, distant healing is possible. As a trained healer, with many years of experience, I am able to set my intent on someone far away and focus the healing energy on the recipient. This method of healing is just as effective and powerful as doing the treatment in-person. Distant healing sessions accelerate and deepen your healing process. Find a quiet place where you can spend about 30 minutes uninterrupted. Unplug the phone, close the door behind you, and make sure you have the time and space entirely for yourself during this time. Wear something comfortable that allows for the free flow of your breath. Remove belts and any other movement restricting items. If you are in the habit of journaling, keep your journal and a pen at your side, to record your observations later. Afterward I will share with you my impressions in an email.
